Roche Bay plc is an iron ore lease-holding company with properties on the Melville Peninsula in Nunavut, Canada. The company acquired the set of leases in 1968 and is currently developing two primary projects.

• The Roche Bay and Tuktu Projects on the eastern side of the Melville Peninsula have direct sea access and bulk tonnage potential.

• The Fraser Bay Project on the west side of the Melville Peninsula is located approximately 110 kilometers from tidewater. Early samples have shown direct ship ore potential, with initial grades of ~65% iron.

Roche Bay holds full faith in the potential of this region to become a significant global iron-ore producing center.
